I just got a brand new GE Profile induction cooker (Model PHP900DMBB). The cord from the wall of my 60Hz 240V are white, blue and black. I checked w / voltmeter to the black wire is ground. I plug the son of a black grille with black, red and green, white on blue. I spent the automatic start and all lights for 1 seconds and then shut down. I spent the off and on again and again all the lights on for 1 second then off. No idea what happened. I call GE and they are not sure what happened. I would appreciate any input.
