Bream Recipe Help With Sea Bream Recipes?

Help with sea bream recipes? - bream recipe

Hello boys
I bought a pair of gold every day and wonder what to do with them?
Internet is very limited, and I wonder if any of you have an idea?

Roasted sea bream recipe

1 Golden, about 2 1 / 4 lb (1.1 kg), excluding the volume and
Olive
1 large onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 ripe tomatoes, sliced thick
12 black olives
Freshly ground black pepper
Juice of 1 / 2 lemon
1-2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Method
1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 6, 400A ° F (° C 200A).

2. Wash fish and pat dry with paper towels.

3. Give heat a little oil in a heavy skillet and sauté onion and garlic until they are soft but not brown.

4. Slightly grease a shallow dish, and half the softened onion, garlic and tomato slices on the base of the antenna.

5. Place fish on top and surround with the olives.

6. Season with plenty of freshly ground black pepper.

7. Sprinkle lemon juice over fish, cover with the remaining onions and garlic, soft tomatoes and season with pepper seasoning and sprinkle with parsley.

8. Spray a little oil in the DIS --h, lightly cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

9. Then remove the paper and check the fish before returning for the last 10 minutes or until done oven.
